What is Voice Mail?
Voice Mail is a network service that allows a caller to record a message when you cannot be reached. You can then call your Voice Mail and retrieve your messages. This feature is available on digital and GSM phone models.
Which phone models include the Voice Mail feature?
All of our phones are Voice Mail capable.
How much does Voice Mail cost?
The feature is free on all of our GSM and Digital phone models. However, minutes will be deducted if you call your Voice Mail from your TracFone. There is no charge if you check your Voice Mail from a landline phone.
How will I know when I have a new Voice Mail message?
Your phone will display the Voice Mail message-waiting indicator on the top of your display, which will alert you of a new Voice Mail.

How do I delete a Voice Mail message?
Once you listen to your Voice Mail, you will be asked if you wish to delete your Voice Mail messages.
Can I retrieve deleted Voice Mail messages?
No, once you delete a Voice Mail message, it is erased from your Voice Mail.
How do I save a Voice Mail message?
Once you access your Voice Mail and you listen to the Voice Mail message, you will be asked if you wish to save the message.
What are the charges for receiving and listening to my Voice Mail messages?
Standard Airtime rates apply when calling your Voice Mail. The charges depend on your phone model and calling area. Contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183 for rates. There is no charge for retrieving Voice Mail messages from a landline phone.

To reset your pass code, call your Voice Mailbox and listen to the tutorial. If there are no instructions for resetting the pass code, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183 to speak to a representative.

How do I check my Voice Mail from a landline phone?
To call your Voice Mail from a landline phone:
1. Call your TracFone from a landline phone.
2. When your voicemail begins, press the star key on your landline phone immediately.
3. Enter the PIN you use to check your Voice Mail from your TracFone. When you have finished entering your PIN, press the pound key.
4. Listen to the instructions. They will tell you how many voicemail messages you have and give you options for checking them, deleting them, saving them or storing them as new messages. Phones may vary, so listen carefully to the options.
Can I turn off the Voice Mail feature?
The Voice Mail feature cannot be turned off. If you do not want to use Voice Mail, please do not set it up.
