You can find the IMEI/MEID/Serial Number on the red Activation card that came with the device. For more information on how to find the serial number on your device, select the help icon below (the bubble with the question mark).
Items in RED should be entered on your wireless phone.
To start receiving your messages, you must personalize your voice mailbox. You can personalize your voice mailbox directly from your wireless phone, or from a touch-tone phone, following these steps:
Voicemail Setup
On your mobile phone, dial your 10-digit wireless number or *86, then press the SEND key. You will then hear a welcome message. The message will guide you through the following:
1. The system will ask for your temporary password. You will need to enter your 10-digit wireless number (area code + number).
2. The system will then ask you for a new 4 digit password. Press # after entering your new password. Remember to write down your new password.
3. Now you will record your name, then press #.
4. To record your welcome message: Press 1 for the automated generic welcome message, or press 2 to record your own personal message. When you are done, press #. To exit, press *.
Voicemail Retrieval
On your mobile phone, dial *86, then press the SEND key. (To get your messages, from another phone, dial your wireless number, and press 1 when your voice mailbox answers.)
Please Note: After receiving a voicemail, you will also be notified with an SMS. Please note, standard SMS charges apply for opening this text message.
To Change Voicemail Password
If you forget your password, or you would simply like to change it, please contact our Customer Care Center to deactivate and reactivate your voicemail.
Please Note: You will not be able to access your voice mailbox when traveling outside of Puerto Rico. However, if roaming, you may be able to access your voicemail box by dialing your wireless number. Roaming applies only when traveling in the US.
Items in RED should be entered on your wireless phone.
Voicemail Setup
On your mobile phone, press and hold the 1 key. You will then be asked to create a 4 - 10 digit password. When completed, press # to confirm. Then follow the instructions on your phone to finish setting up your Voicemail.
Voicemail Retrieval
On your mobile phone, press and hold the 1 key. Enter your password and follow the instructions on your phone.
To Change Voicemail Password
On your mobile phone, press and hold the 1 key. Once you've accessed your Voicemail box, press 3 to change your Personal Options. Afterwards, press 1 to manage your settings. Then press 4 to change your password. You will need to enter a new 4-10 digit password and press # when completed. When prompted, press # to confirm the change.
