Good question! You have two SIM options because your phone's IMEI is eligible to use a physical SIM card or an eSIM.
Physical SIM card: A Physical card is a card that you need to manually insert in to your phone. This will allow your phone to access our network.
eSIM: An eSIM is an embedded SIM card inside your device. With an eSIM, you don't need to manually insert a card into your phone to access our network.
The IMEI you entered is not compatible with our service. Review the IMEI and try again. If the issue continues, you may need to purchase a new, compatible phone.
