VALUE PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Value Plan Terms and Conditions apply to all TRACFONE Value Plans (as defined below) and are in addition to the provisions set forth in the TRACFONE Terms and Conditions of Service (which can be found on at: http://www.TRACFONE.com.) By enrolling in any Value Plan, or by allowing your credit card, debit card, or bank account information to be used for enrollment in any Value Plan, you agree to be bound by these Value Plan Terms and Conditions, and you reaffirm your agreement to be bound by the current TRACFONE Terms and Conditions of Service.

TracFone Wireless reserves the right to modify these Value Plan Terms and Conditions at any time, and by having subsequent charges for any Value Plan posted to your credit card, debit card or bank account, you agree to be bound by any such modifications. The current versions of the TRACFONE Terms and Conditions of Service, and these Value Plan Terms and Conditions, are posted on the TracFone Wireless website at: http://www.TRACFONE.com.

VALUE PLANS
TracFone Wireless currently offers the following Value Plans that provide special rates to customers who agree to have regular payments posted to their credit card, debit card, or bank account pursuant to these Value Plan Terms and Conditions:

  • 50 Minute Value Plan
  • 100 Minute Value Plan
  • 150 Minute Value Plan
  • Family Value Plan
  • TracFone Service Protection
  • 50 Minutes Bundle
  • 100 Minutes Bundle

TracFone Wireless may modify the Value Plans at any time. In the event of any modification that increases the charges associated with your Value Plan, you will receive 30 days notice prior to being charged the new rate. Value Plans may not be combined with any other discount or promotion.

ENROLLMENT
To enroll in a Value Plan, you must have a TRACFONE serial number , a valid e-mail address, and a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express), debit card, checking or savings account from a major bank. You can enroll in a Value Plan by completing all required information and clicking the “Accept” box on the Value Plan enrollment page of the TracFone Wireless website, or by calling TRACFONE’s Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-4836 and providing all requested information. Enrollments funded with a checking or savings account will not be effective until the payment is received by TRACFONE with cleared bank funds.
If you have more than one TRACFONE, you will need to separately enroll each phone.

PREPAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling in a Value Plan, you authorize TracFone Wireless to charge your credit card, debit card, or checking or savings account for all fees and costs associated with your Value Plan, both at the time of enrollment and at subsequent intervals in accordance with the terms of the Value Plan you selected. You will be charged the Value Plan price plus applicable sales tax, and other fees like E911 fees and other federal, state, and government charges. You understand and agree that TracFone Wireless will continue to post charges until you cancel your Value Plan account or change to a different plan. TracFone Wireless will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your account each time a charge is posted. You may review at any time your payment history for the past six (6) months by accessing your account on the TracFone Wireless website.

You agree to pay all charges posted by TracFone Wireless in accordance with the applicable terms of your credit card, debit card or checking or savings account. You further agree that TracFone Wireless may assess a $10 fee, or such other fee as authorized by law, each time a Value Plan payment is returned unpaid by your bank or declined by your credit card issuer.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
For purposes of identification, billing and marketing, you agree to provide TracFone Wireless at the time of enrollment your current, accurate and complete contact and billing information, including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, applicable payment data (e.g., bank account or credit card number), as well as any other information TracFone Wireless may request. You agree to keep your account information current, and notify TracFone Wireless immediately of any changes in your contact and billing information. Changes to your account information may be made on the “My Account“ page of the TracFone Wireless website, or by calling TracFone Wireless’ Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-4836. All Value Plan service communications (enrollments, payment confirmations, etc.) are sent via e-mail, and will not be sent by other means if your e-mail address is no longer valid. Your failure to receive any e-mail communication, because the e-mail address has not been updated or for any other reason, does not relieve you from any of your obligations under these Value Plan Terms and Conditions.

CANCELING YOUR VALUE PLAN
You may cancel your Value Plan at any time, either on the TracFone Wireless website or by calling the TracFone Wireless Customer Care Center. TracFone Wireless may cancel your Value Plan and/or terminate your TRACFONE Service at any time for any reason, including for non-payment, fraud, abuse of services, illegal use of any TRACFONE Service.

Upon cancellation of your Value Plan, no additional charges will be posted to your account, except for unpaid charges and fees associated with prior charges, however you may still use any remaining units of airtime you may have in your phone prior to their due date. Value Plan charges are non-refundable, and you will not receive any credit or refund for any unused service upon termination, except that you will receive a refund of charges posted under your Value Plan if you cancel 24 hours of your initial enrollment and have not yet received any units of airtime or due date extensions in your phone. For your protection, TracFone Wireless will not accept enrollment, cancellation, or modification of any Value Plan by e-mail.

Canceling your Value Plan will not necessarily terminate your TracFone wireless service. Additional airtime units and due date extensions may purchased using TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime cards or on the TracFone Wireless website.

LOST OR STOLEN TRACFONES
If your TRACFONE is lost or stolen, notify the TracFone Customer Care Center immediately to cancel your Value Plan. Charges for your Value Plan will continue to be posted until your Value Plan is cancelled or transferred to another TRACFONE.

ADDING AIRTIME
You may add additional airtime to your TRACFONE at any time using TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime cards or by logging onto the TracFone Wireless website or calling the TracFone Wireless Customer Care Center. Some Value Plans, such as the TracFone Service Protection, do not provide any units of airtime, and airtime must be purchased separately in order to make and receive calls using those plans. All minutes included with any Value Plan are not subject to doubling under the Double Minute Prepaid Plan or the Double Minute Autopay program, nor will any bonus promotional offers apply to these minutes. However, TRACFONE serial numbers that have added the Double Minute for Life card will have their Value Plan minutes doubled.

FAMILY PLANS
Family Plans may include a maximum of five TRACFONES, all of which must be enrolled under the same billing account to participate in the Family Plan. The first TRACFONE Serial Number to be enrolled in a Family Plan billing account will be considered the primary phone. If the primary phone is terminated or removed from the Family Plan, you will need to select one of the remaining phones in the billing account to become the primary phone. Otherwise, all TRACFONE Serial Numbers enrolled in the plan will have their enrollments cancelled.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Upon enrollment in a Value Plan, you will be provided with an account password or PIN code. You agree to protect the security of your account password or PIN code, and not provide it to anyone. If you believe your password or PIN code has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to your password or PIN code without your permission, you may change it at any time by logging onto the “My Account” page on the TracFone Wireless website or by calling TracFone Wireless’ Customer Care Center. You authorize TracFone Wireless to provide information about, and make changes to, your account upon the direction of any person able to provide your account password, your PIN code, or any other information we deem sufficient to identify you. TracFone Wireless shall have no liability for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. For more information, see TracFone Wireless’ Privacy Policy posted on the TracFone Wireless website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TracFone Wireless is not liable to you, other users of your TRACFONE or Value Plan, or any third party, for any failure to post, receive, process or credit a payment on your Value Plan, failure to add or credit any airtime or due date information, or for any other claim or allegation arising out of or in any way related to your TracFone or your Value Plan.

CONSTRUCTION WITH TRACFONE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These Value Plan Terms and Conditions supplement and are in addition to the provisions of the TracFone Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, if it is not possible to interpret the two documents consistently, the provisions of these Value Plan Terms and Conditions shall govern.
