What is a Value Plan?
A Value Plan is an automatic service that delivers a combination of minutes and/or days of service to your TracFone without signing an annual contract. Most Value Plans will automatically add minutes and days of service on a monthly cycle. The TracFone Service Protection Plan delivers 30 days of service if you forget to add a TracFone airtime card in order to keep your service active.
What do I need to enroll in a Value Plan?
Enrolling in a Value Plan requires an active TracFone serial number, an email address, or User ID, plus any one of the following: any major credit card, debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
How will I receive my monthly Value Plan and/or days of service?
Your Value Plan minutes and days of service will be automatically delivered when you are in the local calling area of your TracFone and your TracFone is turned "ON." If you are traveling outside of your local calling area or your TracFone was "OFF," you may not receive your Value Plan minutes and/or days of service. If this happens, you can retrieve them manually by accessing "My Account." All TracFone models are capable of receiving Value Plan minutes and/or days of service with the exception of the NOKIA 5100, Motorola V60 and Motorola V120.
How do I cancel my enrollment in a Value Plan?
You can cancel your Value Plan enrollment at any time. There are no termination fees. Just login to "My Account" at www.tracfone.com, click on the "Value Plan" link on the left menu and click on "Cancel", and then select the TracFone Serial Number's enrollment you want to cancel, and press Continue. Or, call 1-800-964-4836 to access your account and process the cancellation.
What do I do if my payment is declined and my "Account Status" is "On Hold"?
To attempt a new payment, first sign into "My Account" andthen click the "Programs" tab. Click "Pay Now" for the TracFone listed as "On Hold" in the Account Status column. Then follow the directions displayed.
Can I make my monthly Value Plan payment ahead of time?
Yes. Sign into "My Account" and click the "Payments" link. Then Click "Make a Payment" and select the TracFone Serial Number's enrollment you want to cancel, and press Continue.
How do I add more minutes to my TracFone before my next payment?

When can I add another TracFone to my Family Plan?
You can add a new TracFone to your Family Plan at the same time you are enrolling your Primary TracFone, or you can add it 3 days before your "Next Payment" date.
Can I pay using my ATM card?
No. In order to pay for your Value Plan payment, you must have a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), or a Visa or MasterCard Debit card.
I did not receive my minutes and/or service days automatically, how do I get them?
You can retrieve your minutes and/or days of service manually through "My Account." First, sign into MY ACCOUNT, you will see a banner stating "YOU HAVE PENDING UPDATES. CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR UPDATES."
Do Value Plan Minutes carry over from month to month?
Yes. The addition of a Double Minute Airtime card or Double Minutes for Life Airtime card will result in your receiving double minutes in any Value Plan for which you are enrolled.
Are service days included with my Value Plans?
Yes, every Value Plan adds 30 Days of Service to your TracFone. Please note the additional value priced Minutes Bundles do not come with any service days.
Do Value Plan Minutes double if I have added the Double Minute card to my TracFone?
Yes. Enrollment in a double minute program such as Double Minute Annual Plan or Double Minutes for Life will result in your receiving double minutes in any Value Plan for which you are enrolled.
What payment options can I use to enroll in a Value Plan?
To enroll in a Value Plan, you will need to use any of the following: Major credit card, or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Can I still add airtime cards while I am enrolled in a Value Plan?
Of course. You can add as many airtime cards as you wish. Any minutes or days of service you add to your TracFone carry over and are added to the minutes and days of service you already have.
When will I receive the services included with my Value Plan?
You will receive the Value Plan services you are entitled to once your payment account has been successfully charged. If you are currently paying with a checking or savings account, your services will not be available to you until the bank transaction has completely cleared.
My Service End Date displayed on my TracFone screen has not been updated after being charged for the TracFone Service Protection plan. What should I do?
You can update your Service End Date on your TracFone screen by logging into your account, going to the "Account Summary," and you will see a banner stating "YOU HAVE PENDING UPDATES. CLICK HERE TO GET YOUR UPDATES."
Can I cancel a TracFone registered in my Family Value Plan?
Yes, you can cancel the enrollment of an additional TracFone at any time from your Family Value Plan as long as it is not selected as your Primary TracFone in the plan. Canceling the enrollment of the Primary TracFone will cancel the enrollment of all TracFone's enrolled in the plan
