How can I return my leased items?

Yes. You can return your items at anytime without penalty. If you wish to return the items within the merchant’s return window, you should return the items directly to the merchant. Please refer to the merchant’s return policy for more details.

How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. This will restore the factory settings on your phone. Note: Please keep in mind that this will erase all the data stored on your phone. To perform the hard reset, follow these steps: With your phone powered OFF, press and hold the PWR/END and Volume UP keys. When the logo is displayed on the screen, release both keys. Press the DOWN navigation key as needed until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/END key. Press the DOWN navigation key as needed until "Factory data reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/END key. The contents of your phone will be deleted. "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/END key to restart your phone.

Does my device adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST)?

By default, "Auto Sync" will be enabled and you will not need to take further action. Your phone will automatically adjust itself for Daylight Saving Time. To verify or change the clock settings, follow these steps: From the main screen, press the CENTER key. Using the navigation keys, go to the "Settings" icon. Then, press the CENTER key. Go to "Personalization." Go to "Date & time." Then, press the CENTER key. "Auto Sync" will be selected. Press the CENTER key. Go to "Off." Then, press the CENTER key. Once you have disabled "Auto Sync," go to the "Date" and/or "Time" field and press the CENTER key. Adjust these settings as needed, then press the CENTER key to save your changes. To change your time zone, go to the "Time Zone" field and press the CENTER key. Then, go to the desired time zone and press the CENTER key.

Then, press the CENTER key. Use the dial pad to enter the default PIN (1111 or 1234). Then, press the key below "Done." To change your SIM card PIN, go to "Change SIM PIN." Then, press the CENTER key. Enter the current SIM card PIN. Then, press the DOWN navigation key. Enter the new 4-digit PIN. Then, press the DOWN navigation key. Enter the new PIN again to confirm. Then, press the key below "Done."
