How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. This will restore the factory settings on your phone. Note: Please keep in mind that this will erase all the data stored on your phone. To perform the hard reset, follow these steps: With your phone powered OFF, press and hold the PWR/END and Volume UP keys. When the logo is displayed on the screen, release both keys. Once you have disabled "Auto Sync," go to the "Date" and/or "Time" field and press the CENTER key. Adjust these settings as needed, then press the CENTER key to save your changes. To change your time zone, go to the "Time Zone" field and press the CENTER key. Then, go to the desired time zone and press the CENTER key.
